3D reconstruction

of a helenistic portico (stoa) in Greece

This 3D reconstruction was made for the Swiss School of Archeology in Greece (ESAG). It shows a helenistic portico (stoa) which is currently excavated in Eretria. Only the fundaments and some building bricks are left. Therfore there was a need for a visual reconstruction for publications and visitor tours. In close communication with the archeologists and based on the available excavation data, a 3D model was developed with Cinema 4D software. This Model shows a possible look of the anicent portico.
